SHALLOW LAKE LANDING:

Location:  From Nevis, Minnesota, take County Road 2 North to County Road 18 (approx. 1 3/4 mile).  Take Highway 18 West approx. 1.5 miles to 224th St.  Turn Left on 224th St. approx. .25 miles to Access Road on left.  Go South on Access Road approx. .5 mile to property entrance.  Property is on either side of the road with lot lines marked with pink ribbon.  Must be shown by appointment due to locked entrance gate, please call to inquire.

Land Features:  Rolling terrain and dense forest ensure a private and secluded setting for your cabin or home site.
