| Stowe Cottage
This is the fourth cottage to be described, and this building is very similar in most all respects to the previously described Alcott Cottage. This building was built in 1911 and is 2.5 stories in design, with a full, unfinished basement. Building area is 9,996 square feet, including basement area. The interior layout of both the first floor and the second floor is essentially the same as the Alcott Cottage. Notable physical improvements include replacement of the boiler in 1974; roof covering replacement in 1986; replacement of windows and doors in 1991; and some interior remodeling of the second floor in 1998. |
