This is the food preparation and food service building of the campus.  The building has a contemporary design with multiple shed-type roofs with clerestory windows.  The vintage of the building is 1970 and construction materials include concrete block exterior walls.

The design of the building is one story, plus a partial, unfinished basement.  Building area is 8,355 square feet, including the basement area.  This building has a large commercial kitchen area; dining room areas; mechanical/electrical and storage rooms; and walk-in coolers and freezers.  Recent physical improvements include replacement of the roof covering over the shed roof areas in 1988 and renovation of the bathrooms and dining areas (in terms of accessibility) in 1990.
