Pettit Cottage

Pettit Cottage photograph

This building has been moth balled since the 1970s, similar to the Richard Cottage and the Mary Lyon Annex.  The date of construction is 1924.  The design of the building is two stories with a full, unfinished basement.  Building area is 8,794 square feet, including the basement area.  As is the case with the other cottages, the main floor layout was reserved for social and administrative/oversight activity, with bedrooms on the second floor.
