This building is two stories in design and generally resembles what is commonly referred to as a loft industrial building. This building dates back to 1924 and utilizes wood frame construction materials. Building is 6,243 square feet, including a partial, unfinished basement. There is a modern addition off the west end of the building that includes an elevator shaft. Recent physical improvements include installation of the exhaust system in 1978; resurfacing of the flat roof area in 1991; and ADA access remodeling in 1995. |
