| DuBois Cottage
This building, along with the Tekakwitha Cottage, represent the most recent construction of the cottage buildings. The vintage of this building is 1970; construction materials include concrete block exterior walls; and design is two-stories with a partial basement. The partial basement consists of a mechanical/electrical room, along with a finished area used for classroom purposes. As is the case with the Senator Popp building, this building has a contemporary design that includes two shed roof sections. The main floor layout includes multiple bedrooms (similar to a dorm room), a kitchen area, and a large living room (this room is a full two stories in height). The second floor contains multiple bedrooms. The main floor is equipped with a large restroom with multiple fixtures and a separate one-half bath. A similar, large restroom with multiple fixtures is found on the second floor. |
